FUJIFILM Ultra-Slim Video Laparoscope System — Using a proprietary Super-Honeycomb CCD technology, the EL-580FN delivers exceptional image resolution, excellent color fidelity, and sharp display quality. Product features include “Chip on the Tip” high definition digital image processing, less-fogging, autoclave sterilization re-processing, and a low profile, light weight ergonomic handle. The Ultra-Slim 3.8mm diameter distal end—42% smaller area than most—was designed to improve clinical workflow, reduce physician fatigue, and potentially reduce the size of incisions. The EPX-4440FN Digital Video Processor System features advanced image HDTV 1080i processing technology to facilitate endoscopic diagnostics and therapies. Automatic light control provides optimal illumination and an anti-blur function extracts high quality motion images. The system also includes a High Definition Image with a 2 x digital zoom.
FUJIFILM Full High Definition Surgical Visualization System — Designed for a wide variety of surgical applications, this solution includes a portfolio of rigid surgical scopes, cameras and video processing systems. The camera includes optimized settings for various clinical specialties. The system’s Full HD Video Controller offers edge enhancement, automatic gain control (AGC) and dynamic contrast function. In addition, selective color enhancement, smoke reduction and grid removal features all enhance observation abilities. A High Power 200 LED Light Source allows the user to adjust the intensity of the light from 5-100%—providing operational efficiency and lowering power consumption.

FUJIFILM Tele-Laparoscopes are designed to meet your critical requirements. The high-quality optical system is designed to deliver homogenous and sharp-edged illumination resulting in bright images, a wide range of contrast and outstanding color reproduction. All endoscopes are in optimized FULL HD image quality. Operational efficiency and durability are not sacrificed. The illumination fibers are fastened strain free and scopes are engineered to experience no tensile stress during the autoclaving process. Together with this and the welded outer tube, the system is sealed tight which results in a long life cycle for the optical components, resulting in low cost of ownership.

The FUJIFILM FULL HD Video Processor is equipped with the latest sensor technology providing the high-quality FULL HD images you would expect from FUJIFILM, an imaging company. Automatic gain control and pixel compensation, combined with a unique combination of video processing algorithms such as Selective Color Enhancement (SCE), Smoke Reduction, Grid Removal and Clear View are designed to deliver representations of vessels and tissue structures. In addition to image quality, the FUJIFILM FULL HD Video Processor has multi-camera connectivity, optimized camera pre-sets for specific specialties, such as laparoscopy, arthroscopy, gynecology to name a few and the proprietary FUJIFILM MIS-Bus interface and a simple USB connection.

The FUJIFILM Ultra-Slim Video Laparoscope EL-580FN has proprietary Super-Honeycomb CCD technology, a revolutionary pixel design that delivers the attending physician the unsurpassed accuracy in details, excellent color fidelity, and the sharpest display quality.
The unique photo diodes have an octagon shape that is engineered to increase the chip light-sensitivity, making images appear brilliant. Super-Honeycomb CCD endoscopes are designed to deliver exceptional clarity, so even the most subtle color changes in lesions can be quickly identified.
In addition, the FUJIFILM Super-Honeycomb CCD chip is 45% smaller than a traditional CCD chip. This means endoscopes are thinner and lighter, making the examination easier for the physician, and patient.
The FUJIFILM EL-580FN series endoscopes combine brilliant image quality and the maximum resolution of HD pixels with a comfortable ergonomic design to deliver instruments that can improve efficiency and patient care.

FUJIFILM CO2 Insufflator
F104

The reliable FUJIFILM F104 CO2 Insufflator 40L is engineered to deliver 40 liters of CO2 per minute, and features a pressure range of 1-30mmHg. The insufflator is equipped with preconfigured settings for fast, reliable operation, while allowing the surgeon to easily adjust and align the default settings. The range of disposable and reusable tubes and the ISO tube connection deliver flexibility. An occlusion alarm sounds if there is a blockage in the system components.
Designed to ensure patient safety and comfort, there is an integrated gas heater which helps prevent hypothermia and helps reduce post-operative pain. In addition, the venting system is engineered to automatically reduce over pressure in the abdomen, while a fluid sensor helps prevent both cross contamination between patients and endoscope fogging, resulting in enhanced visualization and improved patient outcomes.
